Fernando Alfaro and Jose Enrique Gutierrez both come from long lines of coffee producers Guarumal is named after the Guarumo tree that abounds in this plot.
In anaerobic processing, fermentation of coffee fruit material happens in vessels free from oxygen. This slows down fermentation processes and gives coffee producers the ability to produce new and unique flavour profiles.
